When you have a small fortune invested in memory cards, you want to make sure they are safe and protected and can easily be found. This is my third Pelican card case; the other two I have are for SD Cards. It would be nice to have a version that had CF on one side and SD/microSD on the other side.

The product photograph from the B&H website shows the CF Cards being snuggly held by the foam. This is nit actually the case, as shown in the second photograph the CF Cards are not held AT ALL by the foam.

Does this case hold Extreme PRO CFexpress Card Type B?

The Pelican 0945 Memory Card Case is designed to hold Compact Flash memory cards, which are 43 × 36 × 5 mm; CFexpress Type B cards are 38.5 x 29.6 x 3.8 mm, so they do not fit well in the spaces for the Compact Flash cards.

not really, you can put xqd inside because they are smaller, but because they are loose when you open the case the most probable scenario are six cards over the foor. in other words NO

Not sure if there is one in the box or not, but there is a place for you to attach something. I just put this in my back pocket and always have my cards ready. I have several of these cases and they are just great.
