Compact AC/DC Charger for EN-EL15 Battery is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 130.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost a good product I liked the idea of using this charger to charge three different batteries so I bought the charger and two additional battery plates for my other batteries. I sent the first one back because it wouldn't work on AC power unless you jiggled the unit just right. B&H happily sent me a new one which had the same problem. So I cracked the case and sure enough the plastic moulding around the AC plug ran all the way down one side of one of the pins on the plug. This caused intermittent power connection if you jiggled it just right. So I used an xacto knife to scrape off the excess plastic and tried it. Perfect. No jiggling. Now I am pleased with this product but I don't think I should have to repair a brand new product due to manufacturing flaws. I don't think this occurs with all of these items and YMMV!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great charger I use two d-750 camera batteries so I rotate them and have to recharge them frequently. I got another brand charger with the camera but it had problems so B&H sent me a watson charger. I got lucky, the watson charger has a cigarette lighter adapter cord and also has a usb port all of which work great. I also like the charge status light as it's larger and brighter than the light on the other brand charger. Great value, works great and I would surely choose it over the other brand even if it didn't cost less.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great travel charger! I arrived on a business/vacation trip and discovered that I forgot to pack my camera's battery charger. It was an amateur mistake but it did happen and I was concerned that I could drain the battery before completing the trip. I didn't want to buy a duplicate charger - so, I was delighted when I found this compact charger. The charger works as advertised. The construction is solid and the unit did not become warm during the charging process. I like that the unit comes with a DC car adapter and has USB ports for charging USB devices. The charger takes up less space, and weighs less, than the charger that comes with my camera. I will add this nifty solution to my camera bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for travel with multiple cameras! I cannot believe that this was the only way I could carry one charger when travelling with multiple cameras! I have two Nikon cameras, a D7000 and an AW100 as well as an old Olympus SW1030 so I bought the charger for the EN-EL15 battery and two small adapter plates for the other batteries (EL12 and Li-70B). All up the Pearstone set-up is MUCH better than carrying three chargers and the many many meters of associated cable which Nikon is good enough to provide with their chargers. I estimate the Pearstone set-up is about 1/3 the volume for the camera chargers alone (even if you decide to carry the Pearstone car charger cable) and my travel mass has dropped from 505g to 165g. AND I can use it to charge USB devices (eg. iPhone, GPS tracker) most people will carry a laptop but if you don't then it will save you from carrying a USB charger as well. I consider the quality to be very good, the mouldings are finished well and the car charger cable and connector looks excellent. The unit is light but it has survived one trip to Chile already and I have no real concerns about durability. I have seen other people concerned about the strength of the retaining tabs for their batteries on the adapter plates but for my batteries the adapter design is fine and perfectly strong enough so this is not an issue an issue for me. The masses are... 85g = Main Charger with an adaptor plate fitted 15g = Each Extra adaptor plate 15g = Euro Wall Socket adaptor 35g = Car Charger plug and cable I still use the OEM chargers at home (in case they have some extra brains that the Pearstone does not) but now they can just stay in place in the charging area and the Pearstone stays in the backpack so there is less risk of forgetting something on a trip. The only minor down side (for me as I am an Aussie) was that I had to buy a separate US to AU wall socket adaptor for Australia but the US and Euro plugs will cover most of the rest of the world. Once again, I had to really dig to find this product and I don't think any other company offers anywhere near as good a solution - if you travel with multiple cameras (and thus chargers) then this product is for you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked great, until it didn't when I really needed it I shoot wildlife and nature, frequently far away from AC power. I used to love this charger for its light weight and ability to run on 12V from my rental car or solar panel. However, it suddenly stopped working last week unless I wiggled the connector from the DC cord to the unit just right. By the end of the trip, I couldn't get it to work at all, and I was having to ration my remaining battery power. I just took it apart, and the problem is that the inside barrel of the connector spread apart enough that it didn't make contact with the pin of the corresponding connector. It looks to me like poor tolerances and maybe not the best spring metal. In any event, I don't feel like I can trust any other Watson chargers. It's too bad, because their batteries have worked very well for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PEARSTONE gets it right I purchased a NIKON D 800, complete with a charger. Two charges later, the charger quit working; dead... plain and simple. I sent it in to the Nikon store for replacement a month ago; still no charger replacement from NIKON. So, I went to the B&H website, came across a charger from PEARSTONE (for half the price of a NIKON replacement) and I could not be happier! The PEARSTONE charger is lighter AND it can be used with 220 voltage AND it has a USB port. Very well engineered and well priced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cost effective approach for multiple types I bought this one as a spare and a little flexibility. While it does have the 120 prongs integral that you can fold out, it also has the ability accept power from an AC adapter, or one can plug it into a lighter socket in a car. The extra AC adapter takes up minimal space on the outlet, or outlet strip so you don't lose use of a socket while charging batteries. This one will accept different plates to allow you charge different batteries as well. I bought this one to charge the EN-EL15 Battery, but with the swap of just the plate, it can also charge others.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Well Except for Minor Issue I got the Watson so I don't have to carry 2 battery chargers w/ me. With the Watson & appropriate adapter, I can charge my Nikon & Panasonic batteries. The Watson charges both batteries as expected. The minor issue is when you try to remove the Nikon battery, the battery adapter also slips off the Watson charger w/ the battery still attached to the adapter. You'll have to hold the adapter while sliding the Nikon batter off or just slide the adapter back into place once the Nikon battery is removed. This problem does not exist for the anasonic battery.
