This speed ring insert allows me to swap out the Bowens ring for this one, enabling me to use the foldable beauty dish with my Elinchrom strobes. Perfect.

Not much to say - this is the kind of thing that either works or doesn't. Wasn't sure about it being made of aluminum and being so thin, but it works well, and having less weight in the gear bag will be nice.
