This Cavision 82-95mm Step-Up Ring enables the use of 95mm threaded filters on lenses with 82mm filter threads. The 12mm depth enables this ring to fill the gap between the lens and the back of select rod-mounted matte boxes, helping to keep reflections from hitting your lens. The step-up ring has a 98mm outside diameter for use with clip-on matte boxes. It features a lightweight, aluminum-alloy construction with a black anodized finish.

    82 to 95mm Threaded Step-Up Ring is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good adapter .. deep offset. I think I am liking this, but it is hard to tell. Machining is fine, but the depth of the adapter offsets the macro lens more from the objective. So what is it doing? Making my image more macro than it would be or less? I don't know, but at any rate, it works (I use this with macro adapter lenses on my tele lenses, and it is pretty neat, and also challenging)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is what it was advertiesed to be. Feels heavy and solid, and Boris says that means it's good. No issues. Works exactly as it should.
