The Luxbanx Duo Medium Strip Softbox from Impact is a versatile 16 x 55" light-shaping tool for strobe, LED, and fluorescent lights. It has a heat-resistant, textured-silver interior so you can use it with quartz lights up to 1000W. When using the Luxbanx Duo with strobes, attach the front diffuser and inner baffle for maximum softening of the output. When using it with hot lights, the inner baffle should be removed. Open face lights can be used as is, but it's recommended that you use the flood setting rather than spot on Fresnel sources. The softbox has four forward-opening vents to dissipate heat. Removing the front and inner diffuser essentially turns the Luxbanx Duo into a large reflector with maximum brightness and contrast.

If I have octa rings for my Bowens-mount and Profoto strobes, will these fit? Or, do they have a proprietary fit with only Impact rings?
They do not have a proprietary fit. As long as it is Bowens Mount, any other makers speed rings should work with the Impact Luxbanx Duo Softboxes.

Hi, I put it together and have no idea why is this Softbox sold without the ring. I bought impact luxbanks speed ring and it holds the rods. But I cant attach speedlight. I need to use with Canon speedlight 600exrt. If I use pro Godox Stype ring then how I am supposed to keep rods together? Please help?
Softboxes are often sold with out ring because a variety of lights could be used with them. In order to use this with a speedlight you would need a Bowens ring https://bhpho.to/2NubdL8 and a speedlight adapter https://bhpho.to/34jdQ6K.

Unfortunately, no, the Impact Luxbanx Duo Medium Strip Softbox (16 x 55 ) would not be compatible for use with the Impact Octacool-9 Fluorescent Light. The included OctaCool 29.5 (75 cm) softbox is the only softbox that is designed for usage with the Impact Octacool-9 Fluorescent Light.
