What are the torso lengths that this pack will fit? A very important consideration packs with waist belts!
Each belt on either side is 24" which in total when buckled will give you 48" or 4' in diameter for the belt.

Where did they put the security whistle? Mine did not seem to come with one.

My dad has this pack and a similar setup. I would say no its not going to fit. It is possible it could fit, but it would be a really snug fit and I would not feel safe with it myself.
