I have a Manfrotto Befree Advanced Travel ...
I have a Manfrotto Befree Advanced Travel Aluminum Tripod with 494 Ball Head (Twist Locks, Red), does it work on Canon R5 body? Can I just use the 200PL RC2 type arca-Swiss plate or need to use something else, like RRS plate?
Success with the 494 ball head and the R5 will depend on the lens you're using. Heavier combinations, like the 100-500mm and 28-70mm f/2 might see limited success when the ball head is used in various positions.
The 494 ball head does not accept arca-swiss style plates. However, the 200PLPro plate that comes with it is compatible with arca-swiss ball heads (it's weird, I know). The 494 will accept 200PL and 200PLPro plates, so it will work on an R5 without an RRS plate or L-bracket.

Will the plate that comes with this work with the Peak Designs Capture?
Allthough the Manfrotto 200PL-Pro Aluminum Plate provided with Manfrotto Befree Advanced Travel Aluminum Tripod with 494 Ball Head has the same arca type as Peak Design Capture Camera Clip v3 , unfortunately they are not compatible because of a locking mechanism on Peak Design.

can the Wimberley 200-II Gimbol head be mounted ...
can the Wimberley 200-II Gimbol head be mounted on this tripod?
The Befree has a standard 3/8-16 mounting thread, and I have used different heads on mine. Your Wimberley Gimbal head should have that same standard thread so I see no reason why it cannot be mounted on this tripod. The only downside is that this tripod comes with a 494 ball head which you will remove, and unless you have some other use for it, you might want to consider a travel tripod that comes without a head (B&H lists 54 of them).
