Vortex Diamondback HD 12x50 Reviews

Great performance but watch out for interpupillary distance

Very sharp optics but the minimum interpupillary distance is quite large, 60 mm. This means that people with small eye distance cannot use these. Definitely these cannot be used by children. For me personally it's just and just. I think I'll return these and switch to 10x42 or some other binocular model with a Porro prism design.

Excellent quality bino for the price. Very good complement for the usual 8x42 type. About B&H: always excellent client experience and shipping time even during the pandemic.

Nice binoculars

These binoculars seem to be well built. I didn't think the extra 8 ounces would make a big difference over my current binoculars, but wow. These are heavier than I thought. I also thought the 50mm would be a little more stable, but you definitely need them on a stick to really look close at something. I hope I get use to the weight.
