Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very convenient ... Very convenient, especially while traveling. Just shoot your film and drop it in any postal box. Postage is somewhat confusing, the envelopes say 2 first class stamps but according to post office counter clerks this is not sufficient. Last checked required #1.30 or so...more like 4 first class stamps. The service seems to take on average close to 12 days, but varies depending on what part of the country you send from/to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Long wait! I give this service two stars for ease of sending mailer. But the turnaround has been forever, possibly because the mail is slow to the west coast. The returned film has kinks in it. Luckily we're scanning the film so we can make repairs in Photoshop. Also, we're searching for three rolls of missing film that is MIA. I can't recommend this service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A&I Mailers I have been a customer of B&H for many years and the film mailers from A&I are a a quick, easy and reliable way to get all my film development and proofing done. I appreciated the fast turn around time and the quality of their work. Special instruction are followed and the lab is just a phone call or email away. If you are on the go and want to have your film developed and waiting when you return this service is tops.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I hope you are patient This is the third time I have mailed film into A&I and the third time I have had to call to get my film returned. In each case, more than three weeks passed between mailing and calling to see where my order was. Every time the response was It looks like that order will go out tomorrow. On the plus side, the work is top-quality and reliable, if not timely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from ... It does cost more to do true B/W. Only $1.50 more, but more, nevertheless. The company called me up and told me as much and I gave them my credit card information. I'd only use these mailers for color. The product is just fine a...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple for remote living these mailers work great for someone who lives away from good photographic options (I live in rural Wyoming). the return time is good, and the process is very simple. Now if only, I could take better pictures with my Holga!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again. They take up to 6 weeks to turn around a processing order. My last 2 rolls were lost. They did not respond to email inquiries. Customer service phone rep was unconcerned.
