It is fine to process one roll of film in the Paterson Super System 4 Multi-Reel 3 Developing Tank. Note you still should fill the tank fully.

I would like to develop 2 rolls of 120 film at a time. If I get a 1 quart kit of chemicals will that be enough chemistry or do i need to buy a larger size of chemicals?

As in the previous answer two 120 rolls do require one liter of solution. A liquid developer that can be mixed more precisely would be easier to use.
