The 82mm Center Pinch Snap-On Lens Cap from Sensei is a front lens cap with a squeeze, spring, and snap-on mechanism. It is easy to put on and take off, especially when using a lens hood, and it stays on. Lens caps protect your lens from scratches, fingerprints, and the elements when the lens is not in use. It's always good to have a spare in your camera bag, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Similar look/feel to Nikon lens caps. I needed to replace a lens cap that was driving me mad. It did not have the center pinch design, and with a petal-style lens hood on you could not easily remove the fileter. At times, you would have to twist the lens hood to get at the tabs. This fixed that problem. It appears to be of durable construction, looks similar to other sigma and nikon lens caps. Must buy if your older lens caps with pinch tabs on the edges are driving you up a wall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What The Cap!?! Forget everything you know about lens caps -- this cap is a show-stopper. Have a 82mm lens with no cap? Look no further, this baby does it all: it attaches! Need to use your lens? Use your fingers to pinch this cap off your glass!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the price Fits well and includes a slot for a retaining strap. Doesn't grip quite as deep into the filter threads as the name brand cap, but is plenty secure and 1/2 the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Ergonomic Design I bought this cap to replace the factory Zeiss cap on my Zeiss 21mm lens. The Zeiss design makes it almost impossible to pinch and remove their cap with the lens shade on without a lot of fumbling and droppng it. The Sensi design is based on the Nikon design. I love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Lens Cap Love it! I bought it because the one I ordered on * got cancelled after I ordered it...Not cool. This was about the same price with much better build quality! One downside is that I like to label my lens caps. Because of the wavy design that makes it difficult.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work great. Works just like the original Nikon caps, but without the Nikon logo (which some consider to be a benefit!). I never use the center pinch, I just palm the outside. It's easy to find the squeezable part of the rim. Costs less than Nikon, seems just as good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Deal for a Lens Cover Easy to install, protects the lens. Much less $$ than the Nikon version and nearly the same quality. Star down for the pinch pieces. These need to be a bit deeper to get hold of removing. Need to pinch and then dump out of the sun shade.
