I used this adapter to fit my existing filters to a new larger diameter lens. It does the job nicely but does have one disadvantage in that it shades the corners of the image. This is easily cropped

I used this step down ring to use my 58mm 500D Canon 2 element closeup lens on my Nikon 70-300 zoom telephoto which has a 67mm front lens. It works very well and there is no vignetting.

I got this to adapt a ring flash to a medium format macro lens. It worked great! It has high quality construction, fit and finish, and was quite inexpensive. Well done!
