I am using this step with a Canon EFS 10-22mm. At 10mm there is minor vignetting only in the extreme corners, but it is barely noticeable. use a 77-82mm step-up ring. simply attach the ring to the lens then you put your 82mm filter on it. there will be no vignette issues as the filter size bigger than the lens diameter.
