No, the Auray Deluxe Velour Earpads (Pair) BH #AUEPDMDR7506 would not flake off since it is made of Velour.

Does Auray make a version for the older non-"X" version of the ATH-M20 headphones (the ones with the spherical "cans")?

Will these fit Senal smh 1200?
I can only say that they fit the SMH-1000 perfectly. If the SMH-1200 has the same size ear cups then yes, but I don't have that model.

Will this fit the Sony MDR-7509HD headphones?
I don't believe so. My 7509s broke some time ago, but if I recall the cans themselves were much bigger than the 7506's and these barely fit those.
