I much prefer a charger that can just plug into the wall with the battery in it and this works great. I was confused at first until I figured out the orientation needed - it needs to go in backwards.

Very nice!

I don't believe so because I have used Watson chargers with my cameras and the manufacturer never invalidated my warranty.

question

I have 1800mAhr batteries. Will this adapter support these batteries? Also, Where can I find optional battery adapter plates? What other type of batteries can it charger. ex: is there a Samsung SLB-10A battery plate for this charger?
Asked by: Anonymous
you can find the different Watson interchangeable battery plates listed as accessories with their matching cameras. it is my understanding that the system is made to work with a variety of brands and models, but you can check with BH customer service to make sure.

question

Can it be used with a Sony RX-100?
Asked by: maite
Yes, I've been using this charger because the Sony RX-100 comes with only a USB cord to charge the battery thru the camera. The little door on the outlet is fragile and it just seems better to take the battery out and charge it rather than thru the camera all the time. The RX-100 battery fits this charger.

One review states that it can't charge the original battery. Is it true? Thanks
Asked by: Anonymous
I've got this charger for one year now, and it works perfectly well, both with the original SONY battery and a Watson replacement. I've never charge the batteries inside the camera any more!
