Kaiser 206964 Reviews

64mm Push-On Lens Cap is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works like I want I have this and other Kaiser push-on caps in various sizes and I find them handier to use than the more common center-pinch. Seems like I always have trouble getting a grip on the pinch mechanism, or I don't get it seated just right. Especially a problem with very thin-rimmed filters. One note: Don't go by the size of the filter. For example, I have a lens that takes a 77mm? filter but needs the Kaiser 80mm cap. To figure out what mm you need, take a ruler and measure across the lens or filter face at the widest part, then convert to millimeters. These caps aren't to everyone's liking but they work for me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Lenscap For My Need Nicely molded of stiff but resilient plastic, it makes a wonderful tight fit on my $ Aluminum Lens Shade, @. This Lens-Shade is on my nice copy of the Panasonic 12-32mm lens (producing 24-64mm results, 35mm equivalence))on my OM5-II. This is a very good little normal-zoom. I am pleased to now be able to shade and protect this little lens.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tend to Tear if mismatched I am using these as push-on caps to a series of lenses with 62mm threads. I've found that even 2mm larger they tend to tear on the edges if they are even a little snug. It's tricky to find exactly the right size push-on cap that isn't too loose but doesn't rip after a few weeks' use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slip-on lens cap for view camera lens Having lost the cap for one of my view camera lenses I was looking for an inexpensive replacement. This was the best deal I found and it's well made and works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Low price, fits well The generic lens cap fits well on my old lenses. It is rugged and does not fall off.

Would this fit on a Lensbaby Scout or composer? (I want to store my Scout and Composer without the optic so I can swap quickly. The Lensbaby lens cap fits the optic.)
Asked by: Anonymous
The Kaiser 64mm Push-On Lens Cap will not fit the Lensbaby Scout or Composer. You will need to use the original lens caps from Lensbaby on these lenses. If you need protection for these lenses, you can check out the Lensbaby custom lens case for the Composer http://bhpho.to/1gpQo6H or the Lensbaby System Bag: http://bhpho.to/1hctcKV
