A Generation v10 chip built into the adapter enables focus confirmation within a Canon EF or EF-S mount camera when used with a Nikon F-mount lens. This feature allows focus to be quickly and accurately achieved through a compatible camera's viewfinder or live view feature.

This adapter is permanently stuck on one of my very expensive lenses. I'm unable to take it off and I'm beyond livid. I have tried everything to remove it, and searched online for solution and found nothing. I will be finding a way to demand my money back, as well as a way to have them fix my lens.

The FotodioX Pro Lens Mount Adapter with Generation v10 Focus Confirmation Chip for Nikon F-Mount Lens to Canon EF or EF-S Mount Camera can be used on the Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2. This is a manual adapter that does not provide any autofocus.

FotodioX Pro Lens Mount Adapter with Generation v10 Focus Confirmation Chip for Nikon F-Mount Lens to Canon EF or EF-S Mount Camera has a focus confirmation chip that when you have successfully focused the lens manually and you press the shutter button half way the focus point will light up and will also beep. If the focus point does not light up and does not beep when you press the shutter button half way it means the lens is not properly manually focused.
