Will this allow changing the non-linear manual focus to linear (on L-mount lenses)? And can I also change the focus throw to let's say 270 degrees?
No, one cannot change the linear / non-linear focus settings via the Sigma UD-11 USB Dock for Leica L. From the menu of the L-Mount camera body you can switch between linear and non-linear focusing and set the focus ring rotation angle when linear. This is only with compatible cameras and lenses. To insure compatibility, make sure both camera and lens have the latest firmware installed. Sigma has a list of compatible lenses along with the range of angle of rotation that is possible. One would also need to check whether the specific camera one wants to use supports this.

Will this dock add value to the Sigma 150-600 f5-6.3 ? I am using the lens on a Leica SL2.
I am assuming you are using this new version: Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS Sports Lens for Leica L. That lens does not have a firmware update yet. Once a firmware update is available you can use the Sigma UD-11 USB Dock for Leica L to update the firmware.
