On a budget boom pole

Pretty good. It's lightweight, which is nice. It kind feels a little flimsy, like it's not going to last a long time. But, if you're on a budget this is a good pole to have. Overall, I'm happy with it.

I use it for recording in the field and works fine for me in that application. I chose not to get the internal coiled pole, as I felt it was too noisy (had one, returned it. This pole is light, easy to use and seems to be well built. I am just really satisfied with it. At the moment I have nothing bad to say about it.

The is no 'best'. It's a matter of preference.
