K-Tek KE-144 Reviews
Well made and functional

Overall, well made and easy to use with very little boom handling noise. Other reviewers mentioned issues with locking the various sections of the pole. I had the same issue, but I only needed to practice with the pole to overcome the problem. The XLR jack is on the bottom of the pole, so a right-angle XLR jack will be the best solution.

12' feet long and not heavy really. but got to wear cotton gloves when handling this pole, because it makes noise that might get picked up by the Mic.
