Epson T5807 reviews

UltraChrome K3 Light Black Ink Cartridge (80 ml) is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 120.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I absolutely love my Epson 3880. I'm an old guy who spent 30+ years in the black and white darkroom, but when it came to color I'd always used a good pro lab. I've recently launched into the fine art market and decided to see if the Epson wide-format printers were as good as I'd heard. Simply, yes. I had images that never printed well on Kodak or Fuji silver halide paper (from good labs), but my first trial with the 3880 was stunning. The wider color gamut (which I don't really completely understand) apparently makes a measurable difference. Plus, my per-print cost over the pro labs is less, even though the quality is better. And, since this is technically a review of the light black ink for the 3880, let me assure you that it is, indeed, light black.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Reliability Of course I buy this ink because it's the one made for my 3880, and it does hurt the wallet a little bit, but they're large, and last long. I have to say that I never have clogs or blockages, even after more than a month of disuse. It dries fast, is easy to replace, and comes from a company whose products I firmly believe in. I print fine art photos and illustrations which I sell as well as hang in galleries both here in NYC and elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What to say about an ink, except ... 1) This cartridge arrived fresh, dated 17 months after receipt. Thank you B&H. 2) I wouldn't use anything but Epson ink in my Epson 3880. After the printing is done, all that remains is ink on paper. This ink is the manufacturer's original, the one all the hardware reviews were about, the one tested for longevity by an independent laboratory, and the only one I have confidence will still look good when I don't.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable Ink I am a believer in buying the printer ink that matches the printer, rather than 3rd party inks (have had horrible experiences doing it that way), and Epson makes high quality inks for their printers, especially those designed for photographic work. The cartridges are reliable if only a bit expensive, but then the printers are of high quality at economical prices. This cartridge is for the Stylus Pro 3880.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great ink - reasonable price I am consistently impressed with the quality of the Epson inks. I've been using them in a Epson Pro 3880 printer without a single issue for a few years. The printer will occasionally sit idle for a month or more and it fires up without any clogging issues at all. I've never even needed to run a head cleaning routine. Two thumbs up for a great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 80ml Light Black Ink for Epson 3800 What's to say. I only use Epson inks in my Epson printers. Early on I tried economizing: refilling; other suppliers. Fortunately I didn't damage anything - but the prints weren't the same. Stick with Epson (if you can't afford the price, use an on-line printing service - they're actually cheaper in the long run (per print)).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ink cartridge for Epson 3880 I previously had an EPSON R2400 printer. The R2400 was great, but I was continually having to buy new print cartridges because of their small capacity. My main reason for upgrading to an EPSON 3880 was because of the large capacity ink cartridges. B&H's discounted price on the 3880 cartridges makes my decision even better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great printer and inks Had the printer for almost 3 years. the only problem ive had is a feeding issue but that only occurred after i tried to put canvas in it. Pretty much has worked itself out now. ive replaced each ink about 5 times each and only twice had a clogged nozzle which cleared out quickly after doing the software routine.
