question

I find that the VLM Epson ink does not slide into my Epson 3800 printer in the slot for LM ink. Have other customers found this? I am ordering the regular LM, assuming that the problem is the VLM dispenser not fitting rather than something wrong with my printer.
Asked by: Douglas B.
The Epson 3800 does not use the VLM or VM inks, but instead uses the LM and M. I have two of these printers and nearly made the same mistake. Getting the LM and M cartridges will fix your problem.
