VIVID magenta & light magenta
the vivid light magenta and the vivid magenta are the only 2 colors of ink that are exclusive to the Epson 3880 (vs. the 3800 & 3880). I don't know why but, the last 2 of 3 ink suppliers I've tried to get the vivid from have sent me light magenta and magenta which were labeled for use only with the Epson 3800 but not the 3880. The other seven colors are apparently interchangeable and it states so on the packaging boxes they come in. KUDOS to B&H for getting my order right. Pain in the rear to return stuff and get credit from others. B&H has my business forever. Thank you.

The ink is fine but the cartridge isn't.
I have the epson 3880. And while it is much better to have an 80ml cartridge it would help if the printer would continue to function and use the entire amount. I am tried of the utility function showing me that there is still ink in the cartridge but when I go to print it will not print unless I replace the cartridge with a new one. The ink itself is great and the 80ml cartridge is a plus - but what good is it if I have to change the cartridge out and lose the remaining ink?

Ink is just ink, but good service...
Ink and other digital printing supplies can be had from any number of vendors. What is increasing difficult to find is timely, accurate and efficient service. B&H consistently provides these to their clients. In addition, they offer a variety of shipping options as well as competitive pricing. For these reasons and perhaps an even more illusive quality...trust, I continually return to B&H when purchasing materials and equipment for my studio.

Excellent Reliability
Of course I buy this ink because it's the one made for my 3880, and it does hurt the wallet a little bit, but they're large, and last long. I have to say that I never have clogs or blockages, even after more than a month of disuse. It dries fast, is easy to replace, and comes from a company whose products I firmly believe in. I print fine art photos and illustrations which I sell as well as hang in galleries both here in NYC and elsewhere.

Epson Professional Color Printer Ink
This is the Only ink I will use in my Epson 3880 printer. When you spend a higher price for a professional printer you need to use the best ink available and this is the one recommended by most users. The chance of clogs is greatly reduced by using this ink and the colors in the picture jump off the printed photographs. The only thing negative I can say is the ink is pricy but the quality of the print you get is what you pay for.

GREAT INK FOR A GREAT PRINTER!
Epson Inks are a great product resulting in great prints (as long as you color manage)! I would never use any other brand as I doubt it could equal the Epson product plus would worry about harming my printer. This is also the first cartridge I replaced... after two years. One more reason to use Epson (even though they tell you not to wait so long)!

Good resource for Epson photo printer supplies
B&H is an excellent resource for Epson Photo Printer supplies. Their ink is fresh and in original packaging. I tried to purchase from Amazon and received ink which was 2+ years expired, marked for sale only in China and not in original packaging. B&H pricing is competitive and a much better deal than at Epson direct.
