Does this work with a Canon T1i? I am not familiar with cameras and this is a gift for my wife who is an amateur photographer. Any other recommendations on filter kits for her camera? She likes taking pictures outside.
The kit is designed to fit on lenses with a 58mm filter threading. If your wife has the 18-55mm kit lens this filter set would be a proper fit. If she has a different lens you would need to check on the filter/cap size before purchasing to make sure the size is right. As far as filter kits for outdoor usage goes, this kit has 3 of the most useful filters for outdoor usage. I would stick this kit as my best recommendation for someone starting out and enjoys outdoor photography.
