Has this been tested on the EOS C line cameras? I have a C100 and access to some FD lenses I'd love to use, but don't want to buy something that might not work. I assume there's no difference between the C line lens mounts and regular EOS but want to be sure.
The EF mount is the same on the Canon C100. The adapter to FD will work.

Why do FD to EF adapters have an optical element, but (FD to RF) and (EF to RF) adapters don’t?
The Vello Canon FD Lens to Canon EF/EF-S-Mount Camera Lens Adapter and other FD lenses to EF camera adapters require an optical element to correct for the reduced flange distance that FD lenses require relative to the EF mount. The flange distance must not be corrected when adapting FD and EF lenses to a camera with an RF lens mount.

Will this work with Canon adapters that are designed for the EOSR bodies? (so will it fit on the adapters)
I wouldn't use it under any circumstances even it ticks all the other boxes regarding flange distance and mechanical compatibility as the degrading effect of the low quality of the collimating lens element built into the adapter will render your efforts a disappointment.

Yes. The Vello Canon FD Lens to Canon EF/EF-S-Mount Camera Lens Adapter will allow a lens that fits the AE-1 to be used on a current Canon DSLR but only in manual focus mode. Although the lens will fit physically, autofocus, automatic diaphragm (AE metering), and other functions dependent on communication between camera body and lens will be disrupted by the lens adapter. You will need to focus manually, and to set exposures manually or meter in aperture priority (stop-down) mode. Focusing to infinity is retained. Additionally, the adapter adds a 1.4x magnification to the image.
