What material are these made out of? How would you clean them?
The outside would be a leatherette and inside would be foam, I would suggest a lightly damp cloth to wipe it down to clean.

The Auray Replacement Earpads (Pair) (BH # AUEPMDR7506) have not shown signs of the "flaking" common to the original ear pads included with he SONY MDR-7506 headphones.

Yes I bought them to replace the pads on my M50 model headphones. Perfect fit and the this replacement earpad is softer and more comfortable.
