Sensei PRO Reviews
Does what it needs to do. Good design
Always buy the PRO rings!
The pain of stuck rings and filters is very, very real. I will spend double the money on one of these PRO rings in a heartbeat. It's not really that much more, and your time spent trying to separate filters from rings is worth the pitifully small added cost.
It lets me use my filters without hassle.
It does what it was purchased for...
Just what I needed. Very smooth threading.
I debated between the aluminum and brass step up ring but decided to go with the aluminum since it was half the price. Initial impressions are that it's well made and solid. Threaded it onto a Nikon Z lens and it threaded easy and very smooth. The filter threaded smoothly as well and neither got stuck when removing them. Just don't overtighten anything. The side knurling is also a huge plus when unscrewing the ring from the lens and filter from the ring. That was one of the big selling points that sold me on this particular ring. Much cheaper than buying a ton of filters for different size mounts. Definitely worth the small price it cost.
Super way to not have to buy multiple filter sizes for different lenses. I use this for my variable neutral density filter to accommodate all my lens sizes.
Good quality and works as it should
works as advertised, durable
knurled rim worthwhile
