Sensei PRO Reviews
Easier to remove my filters now.
Easier to remove my filters now. Add extra grip for my filter removal tool
Good threads, doesn't get stuck, easy to grip. Can't ask for more from an adaptor ring.
Really good balance between cost and function
I used to spend a lot of money buying multiple variations of the sample filter--UV, Gradient, Polarizer, etc. The challenge is, buying good quality filters adds up when you need a 52mm, a 72mm, and an 82mm version. This step-up ring is a nice solution. I now buy only 1 filter in the largest diameter I need (82mm), and use this adapter ring to secure it to narrower lenses. The ring is good quality, and I especially like the pro addition of the ridged edge, which makes it much easier to grip when adding/removing it. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is the thinness of the material. I've found--there's a bit of flex in the ring. You have be extremely careful and patient when threading it onto your lenses to ensure you don't cross-thread or otherwise jam this adapter onto your lens. But for the money, this is a great solution to reduce the number of filters and save some dollars as well.
This ring works very well as expected and allows me to use larger filters on smaller lenses.
a recommended product, it arrived well cared for and packaged
Saves me hundreds of $$
These are great! I buy all of my screw-on Filters in 82mm, the largest Filter size of all my lenses. Then, using the Step-Up Rings I can adapt them to all of my other Lenses for only $3.00-$17.00 depending on size. The only disadvantage is not being able to use supplied Lens shades on sizes less than 82mm.
So far so good on these. They would, of course, be better if they were made of brass, but then they'd be a lot more expensive.
