    77-82mm Step-Up Ring is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 37.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Superb Budget Filters I use step-up rings predominately to mount a larger diameter circular polarizer or ND filter onto a smaller diameter lens thread - this saves me from having to purchase different sized filters (typically costing several hundred dollars each). I've used most of the top brand step-up rings made from different metals and I am always pleasantly surprised when a significantly less expensive product performs near enough to the premium-priced alternative. Sensei rings screw on and off with relative ease, they feel sturdy enough, are adequately labelled and do the job admirably.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Step it up There's not really much too it. I use ot to allow the use of a Lee Filter holder with a Lee 82mm adapter. This way I don't have to buy expensive Lee adapters for each of my lens filter sizes (58mm-82mm) in order to use my square/ rectangular ND filters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well Very thin so lightweight and out of the way but solidly built.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well This step-up ring worked for me. I used it on a 82mm B + W CPL filter (which fits my 24-70 lens) and put it on a 77mm Canon wide angle 17-40 lens. It was easy to screw on and off. I didn't over tighten it. I did not get vignetting. Less expensive option to buying individual filters for each lens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Made I bought this step-up ring so I could use my 82mm Singh-Ray Vari-ND filter on both my 16-35mm and 70-200mm lenses. Essentially you get two very expensive filters for the price of one. The ring looks well-made and it threads onto the lens and the filter with no binding or rough spots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cheap and good As with other cheap threaded adapters, this one is prone to misthreading and getting stuck. Do not tighten it all the way, and it will be just fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Save! As step up ring on 77 mm telephoto lens. Enables me to use circular 82mm polarizer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what it is suppose to do I thought I would give this a try rather than purchasing another CPL filter. It works but I find it very difficult to remove it from the filter once it is attached. It is so bothersome that I find myself not using it. Maybe if the threads were lubed with a dry based lubricant such as silicon or graphite it may unscrew easier, I haven't tried doing that just yet.
