QB-32 Quick Release Plate for Select Tripods is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's a plate for the Velbon Mini Tripod It's a plate for the Velbon Mini Tripod, no big deal. But here is the thing, it wiggles in the QR socket on the tripod. Velbon made it a bump too small, so there is play. The easy workaround is to take some photo black masking tape, and put a couple of layers or wraps around the base of it, thereby taking up the slack. A working pro will do this without issue, as the tripod itself is worth the extra effort. So you know, not all gear is created equally, you get what you pay for. No it's not a Manfrotto, but it is really pretty good except for the plate wiggle thing. The tripod itself, is really the question here. The tripod it goes with is the Velbon EX-Macro Aluminum Tabletop Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head B&H # VEEXMACRO For 38 bucks, a really nice well made tripod. Specialty item for sure, but if you ever need to get in that certain spot, it works perfectly. Solid, but a bit light, may want to use a sandbag. ( I am a food & beverage photographer, tabletop always, in restaurants always, in tight spots sometimes)
