question
Are Tiffen filters multi-coated?
While some Tiffen filters are multi-coated, the Tiffen 77mm UV Protector Filter listed above is not. The Tiffen 77mm UV Haze 86 Digital HT Filter, B&H # TIH86DHT77, would be the only 77mm UV filter from Tiffen which would be multi-coated.

Is this compatible for Fujifilm XE3 55mm and 35mm f/2 lens? If not, which one would be?
I don’t know but I would assume that a 77mm will fit all 77mm. If I were you I would go on line to B&H or call them.

question
Just purchased the B+W 77mm Kaesemann Circular Polarizer MRC Filter B&H # BWKCPMC77 and also have this Tiffen UV protector filter. Does the B+W Polarizer simply replaces this filter and acts as a UV Protector -or- can you mount on top of the Tiffen filter. Any benefits of doing this. It seems that if one were to do this there would be issues with.......?
You can do both. There is no benefit from stacking them and if it is on a wide angle lens you may actually see the filter clipping the edge of the image, so be careful if you do this. The UV protector is just there to keep dust and junk off your front element. The Polarizer will do the same thing but if you are in a dusty area, I would keep it on and stack the filters
