I am not familiar with this particular Rebel model, but if the LCD screen is one that swivels out away from the camera body, the Hoodeye Eyecup will block this activity. Hope this helps. :-)

Will this work on a Canon 70d?
I am very pleased with the Hoodman Hoodeye purchased for my 60D. It fits tightly and securely and is exactly what I was looking for. If a 70d has the same eye piece, I would think that it should work for this model as well. Great product from B&H at a good price!
