    72-77mm Step-Up Ring is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 79.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from good and cheap The bigger part of my lenses has a front thread of 77mm and that's the size of all my special effect filters; having the need to use them with my Canon EF 85 f1.2mkII too - which has a 72mm thread -I decided to buy this step-up ring. It work like a charm, is metal and black finish and couple smoothly with the lens front thread I'm really happy because it make me save a lot of money, avoiding to buy a whole new set of lens filter. Thanks to the relatively thin ring and the fact that filters are larger - notice the difference between a STEP-UP and a Step-Down adapter ring - there's no vignetting and the quality of final picture is preserved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My best cross threading advice Firstly, the ring is inexpensive and made good enough for me. Now, let me offer my best advice to avoid cross threading filters. Never screw it on with too much force use light pressure only. and, (the best for last) to help keep from cross threading filters first rotate the filter in reverse, wait for the threads to drop in place then rotate to screw on the filter. Starting in reverse will help to properly align the threads. I hope this helps!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice construction, good price The construction is really good for the price, and does exactly what it says: lets you use a 77mm filter, on a 72mm Lens. Use the step-up ring on the 72mm lens and then attach a 77mm filter onto the other side of it. This is also useful for saving money on nice filters, buy the nice filters for your largest lens and get step-up rings to use them on smaller lenses. It also helps you reduce the number of filters you need to carry! Economical!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't beat the price! Much more affordable than buying a B+W ring (which I have in another size). I'm sure the metal isn't as high quality, but the bottom line it does what it should. I've been shooting a lot over the last few days and I've put on/off my polarizer and ND filters several times... no issues at all. If I need another step-up ring in another size, I'll be sure to order another by Sensei

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great addition to your gear This is a great addition to your gear especially when you are on a budget. I just had a 77mm filter which I used with a 72mm lens with the help of this gizmo. I bought this for a beach shoot and had to use circular polarizing filter. I rarely shoot at the beach and didn't want to buy a 72mm filter which I will not often use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flawless fit I needed a step up filter for my Kowa 12 mm lens to my 77 mm Hoya filter, both of which I use with my BMPCC. This ring was not expensive, and the fit was perfect: no rattling or difficulty screwing on and off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super thin but sturdy Great quality, rigid but super thin. You barely realize it's attached. Threads very well, almost too precise but you get the feeling that everything is secured. I'd recommend highly.
